If this is a bare 3.5" drive, make sure it’s getting proper 12V power (some enclosures/adapters fail there). But if the drive doesn’t spin at all (especially after a drop), it’s likely a mechanical failure. That means there’s no safe way to recover the data at home. Don’t keep powering it on; it can make things worse fast.
