No tool is gonna magically make AI text human. I’m with @MarsHall on that one.
Best approach is just going through it by hand. Cut the obvious GPT stuff and actually say something from yourself.
Even a line or two of personal phrasing goes a long way.
If you’re worried about grammar, just run it through Grammarly or something similar as a safety net. Also recommend Hemingway App, it highlights long or clunky sentences and gives suggestions to simplify them. Helps a lot with cleaning up the GPT over-polishing.
Edit: By the way, you can also just use GPT itself to rewrite AI text to human text (or at least make it sound less robotic).
If your original prompt was something like “write an essay on X” the output’s gonna be painfully generic by default.
Try rerunning the same prompt but give it more input, like: “You’re an expert on this topic. Use varied sentence lengths. Avoid phrases like ‘in today’s society’ or ‘it is important to note’ Write like a person”
You’ll find a ton of prompt ideas like that on Reddi. r/ChatGPTCoding and r/ChatGPTPromptGenius are both good.
