To help you better, could you share exactly what kind of device the card was used in? Also, please open Disk Management (right-click Start -> Disk Management), find the SD card in the list, and post a screenshot. With those details, we’ll be able to figure out if this is a partition loss or something the manufacturer intentionally locked down.
