The main purpose of BitLocker encryption or any other service is to prevent unauthorized access to your data through full encryption. Some professional data recovery services offer recovery from encrypted drives with lost keys, but they can only help if the drive still has the original encrypted file system. In some cases, they can find the encryption key, but in your case, the storage device was formatted, which makes any further recovery impossible.
